For Sellers: We provide comprehensive data of all properties within the same or similar size and location.  I come with a list of over 500 purchasers who get properties information from me daily.

For Purchasers: We get all the available apartments in NYC and other locations within their interest. This data is continuous, fresh, unbiased and updated daily.

We always respond to email letters or calls and stay in touch with my clients to hear and understand their needs and concerns.

We are familiar with most if not all buildings and supply my clients the relevant and full information, including data regarding the building, the apartment and other apartments in the buildings.

We make it all clear and there are no secrets and no stone is left unturned.

We help our clients find high end rentals all over Manhattan, including basic rental upon recommendations from clients.

Our clients have the support system until they move in and after the move as well.
